25 Ottawa, is located in the Arena District in downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan. Following the purchase in 2015, significant building improvements were made, including a new entrance that is highlighted with a 50-foot glass and steel structure that wraps around the skywalk leading to the Van Andel Arena. A new two-story lobby was designed to maximize the space and enhanced with high-end finishes and a custom chandelier. In the lower level, a tenant only fitness center, conference center and bike room were created in previously unused space.
These design changes repositioned and re-purposed a once dated building that is now home to Spectrum Health’s Information Systems Team, and Green Leaf Trust.
