5300 PATTERSON

When purchased in 2013, 5300 Patterson Avenue was a large, multi-use building, comprised of 300,000 SF of office and warehouse space. Following the acquisition, the building was split into two separate structures; a standalone office building and a standalone warehouse.  The building split         allowed for additional space that is currently used for on-site tenant parking.

Following the alteration, the 142,700 SF office building was modernized with high-end finishes and lighting in the main lobby and common areas.  These upgrades provide a fresh esthetic and positive work experience for tenants and their clients.
