Originally part of 5300 Patterson Avenue SE, a large, one-of-a-kind building comprised of 300,000 square feet of office and warehouse space. After purchasing the asset in 2013, the decision to split the building into two separate structures, a standalone office building and a standalone warehouse made the most sense for the current commercial real estate market. Following the alteration, the 160,000 stand-alone warehouse portion became 5010 52nd Street. High bays, ESFR fire suppression and segregated truck and car access made the facility a great fit for Lacks Exterior Trim Systems, which lead to a long-term lease.
