Elizabeth (Liz) Santi joined Franklin Partners in 2025 as the Senior Real Estate Manager for Oak Brook 22. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of property operations to ensure efficient building performance, strong tenant satisfaction, and alignment with ownership’s strategic goals. Her role includes supervising on-site staff and vendors, managing tenant and building capital projects, coordinating lease administration, and maintaining close relationships with tenants and stakeholders.

Before joining Franklin Partners, Liz served in property management roles where she developed a strong foundation in Class A commercial property operations. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University in 2011.

Liz is actively involved with the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and serves on the education committee, where she supports industry education and leadership development. She also holds the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation, underscoring her expertise and commitment to excellence in commercial real estate management.
