Gary has been with Franklin Partners since 2006. He has been responsible for renovations and construction on over 5 million square feet of industrial and office construction. Gary has extensive knowledge of all building construction, utility and engineering issues. Prior to joining Franklin Partners, Mr. Tamminga was employed at Steelcase Inc. for 23 years as a manager for facilities and energy procurement for 7 million square feet of industrial and office space. Gary graduated from United States Merchant Marine Academy in 1978 majoring in engineering and was a commissioned officer in the USNR.
